Waterborne self-sealer for woodflooring
The RH51000 series waterborne self-sealers protect floors and wooden staircases from traffic. They enhance the natural beauty of the surface highlighting the special beauty of grain.
The waterborne self-sealers RH51000 series is Ecolabel certified.
Capacity
The RH51000 series waterborne self-sealers have a capaity of 9m2 per can of 0,75l nad of 30 m2 per can of 2,5l.
Tools
They are applicable by roller or with brush, to be washed with water after use.
Instructions
Raw wood
- Sand with 150 grit paper .
- Clean the surface with a cloth to remove any sanding residue .
- Then apply a first coat of finish bottom .
- After 4 hours , sand with 320 grit paper .
- Clean the surface with a cloth to remove any sanding residue .
- Apply a second coat of finish bottom .
- To give the surface a greater resistance , after 24 hours , sand with 320 grit paper , wipe the surface with a cloth to remove any sanding residue and apply a third coat of finish bottom .
- To allow the primer has dried completely finish wait at least 7 days prior to trample on the painted surface and place on top of furniture or carpets.
Varnished wood :
- If in good condition or if you have slight imperfections , sand with 320 grit paper .
- Clean the surface with a cloth to remove any sanding residue .
- Then apply a coat of finish .
- If damaged sandpaper with grain 80/120 before proceeding as for the raw wood.
